Tap on the blue Start Playing button.
On your screen, the direction of the players will be rotated so North is closest to the North player, East is to the left, South opposite and West to the right. Tap on the player whose name you want to enter first.

Start typing one or more letters from the player’s first or last name.

A maximum of 5 players will be displayed at a time. If you can’t see the one you want, type in more letters. Once the right player appears, tap on the name to select.
Repeat for the other 3 players.

Once all 4 players have been entered, tap on the blue button “Start round1”.

Tap on the board you are going to play

Tap on the contract.
Note: doubled contracts are dealt with on the next screen.
If you pass a board out, choose “PASS”, not “Not Played”.

If the contract has been doubled or re-doubled, tap on the red X or blue XX buttons.
Tap on the declarer

Tap on the suit and denomination of the lead card

Tap on the correct result.
If you can’t see it, swipe to the left or right as
appropriate ![]()

Pass to the opponents for checking
Disagree will take you back to re-enter the result correctly
The blue Accept button will send the result to the computer

The white score bar displays the result you have just entered and the current percentage.
Note this percentage may change when results are entered at other tables.
The traveller is shown below with your result highlighted in light blue.
If there are more results than can be shown on the screen, a vertical bar will allow you to scroll up or down to see the other results on the board.
Tap on the blue “Play next board” button to continue.
Note when you have played all the boards in a round, the blue button will simply say “Next”.

This screen shows the move for the next round.
Tap the blue “Go to round…” button to move on to the next round.

When the session is over you can review the scores or view your ranking by tapping the appropriate button.
The blue “Return to home screen” will make the Bridgemate ready for the next session.
