Please note ALL bookings
must come through me initially. Some of the hotels have had problems recently
because their reception staff had taken calls direct and booked guests into
rooms which I had already allocated to others. Bookings made direct with the
hotel will not be guaranteed even if you have paid a deposit. Ring, write or e-mail to
book your holiday. Although I book rooms on your behalf, you are liable for
payment of your hotel charges. These must be paid directly to the hotel on
arrival/departure. Some hotels also charge a deposit which is payable
directly to them. In the event of
cancellation, you will be liable for any cancellation charges made by the
hotel, so it is strongly recommended that you take out insurance to cover you
against this risk. The bridge/hospitality fee
is payable to me at the first bridge session (Please put any cash in an
